Committee & Coaching Positions for 2016

Any positions that have not received a nomination will be open on AGM day.

Committee: All of the committee positions become vacant at the AGM & anyone that wishes to join the committee in 2016 can do so by downloading the form from our club website & making sure that we have received it at least 7 days prior to the AGM. Any positions that have not received a nomination will be open on AGM day. This applies to all of the positions, including the President, Vice Presidents x 2, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Social Secretary, Treasurer, & 5 general committee positions. Job Descriptions of all committee positions can be downloaded from our website.

At the present time, a number of our existing executive committee members are part of the U16 age group and will not be with the club much longer. It is imperative for the survival of the club that we get new blood onto the committee in order that the club not only survives but thrives. In saying that, we are looking for someone to take over the Club Registrar role. Kat Muir has performed this task for the past 7 years and would now needs to hand over the reigns of this position. Kat is willing to train someone over the next 12 months to ensure that the handover of this role is smooth. Please contact Kat if you are interested in taking this job on.

Due to work commitments, our current Secretary will be standing down at the AGM, therefore we will be seeking nominations for Club Secretary. Go to our website to download the Job Description for this role.

Coaching: All of the coaching positions also become vacant at the end of each season & need to be re-applied for. This form can be downloaded from our website. An independent coaching sub committee will then be set up to interview & appoint the coaches for the 2016 season.
